Returns

Have you changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your entire purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You can notify us of your wish to return an item by emailing [email protected].

The customer may return any item purchased on the website, provided that the products have not been opened or used and their original packaging or seal has been retained. The customer shall bear the cost of the return shipment. 

If a return label is included in the parcel, the parcel shall be handed over to the shipping company specified therein in Germany.

Notwithstanding the above, the user may return the products in any case in the following circumstances:

  1.       Product with manufacturing defect: Artemisa Verlag OHG will exchange the item for the same item or the same reference as soon as the defective product has been received. In this case, only the first delivery will be invoiced, with Artemisa Verlag OHG covering the return shipping costs and the new delivery. If the user wishes to exchange the item for another item or reference, they shall bear the costs of the return and redelivery. In the event of damage to the product or non-conformity due to transport, this must be reported to Artemisa Verlag OHG by email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receipt of the delivery.
  2. Incorrect product: Artemisa Verlag OHG will bear the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the product ordered. 

Artemisa Verlag OHG will not refund the amount and will not resend the goods until the receipt, the sender (who must be clearly indicated), and the condition of the packaging and accessories of the returned item have been checked.

If the user exercises their right of withdrawal, Artemisa Verlag OHG will immediately notify the consumer and user of the confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal petition.

Artemisa Verlag OHG will refund the purchase price to the user. The refund will be made within 15 days using the same payment method used for the transaction at the time of purchase, without any refund costs incurred by the user, except for shipping costs.
